For bare space, the maximum construction height is 14 feet, and the organizer asks exhibitors to bring prefabricated materials to make setup more efficient. The brochure lists possession of bare space from 12:00 p.m. on 12 January 2027.

Standard and premium stalls are supplied as prefabricated structures. Removing or altering supplied panels, fascia or shelves can result in organizer penalties, so an upgrade concept must work within the allocated stall type rather than assuming that the supplied structure can simply be removed.
